Factoryville Fire Company Auxiliary

For many years, the Factoryville Fire Company Auxiliary has played an important role in supporting the volunteer fire service in Factoryville. Working alongside the members of the Factoryville Fire Company, the Auxiliary has provided financial, logistical, and community support that has helped strengthen the department and its ability to serve the community.

Throughout its history, Auxiliary members have organized and supported numerous fundraising and community activities. Dinners, pizza sales, bingo, craft fairs, refreshments, and other events have raised funds to assist with firefighting equipment, department needs, and the operating expenses associated with maintaining an all-volunteer fire company.

The Auxiliary has also provided an important avenue for community members to contribute directly to the local fire service. Many members devoted years or even decades to the organization, helping carry forward traditions of volunteerism and community involvement.

Over the years, the Fire Company’s apparatus, facilities, equipment, and emergency services have continued to evolve. The purpose of the Auxiliary, however, has remained centered on supporting the Fire Company and the community it serves.

Today, the organization continues as the Factoryville Fire Company Auxiliary, carrying forward a tradition of fundraising, community involvement, and support for the members and mission of the Factoryville Fire Company.
